Please provide the following materials for your marketing campaign:

1. Subject Line, Preview Text and Primary Content
Text can include rich text: bold, italics, bulleted lists and hyperlinks. This area can also support images: full column or two column. The most effective emails have a clear and concise message. Fill this section with engaging copy that will encourage viewers to click. This section should include your most important information. Most people spend less than 15 seconds reading marketing emails. Use of headers and bulleted lists help scanners and skimmers. 

2. All Images
We can accommodate PNG, JPG or GIF. Aim for 72DPI and 1MB.
Hero image
Your hero/header image should be1200px wide.
16:9 ratio recommended: 1200px x 675px
Supporting images
Supporting images can be full or two column.
Full width: 1200px
Half width: 600px 

3. All Links/CTA Text
External links and a clear call to action for viewers. Please provide HEX color code for buttons if using.

4. Social Media
If desired, specify primary social media sites and links. 

5. Wireframe/Mockup
This will help us place content and call to actions within our templates. A base 1:2:1 template is provided below. 

Email Creation Best Practices:

  • An Email that is entirely a linked image it not recommended, as today's e-mail platforms block images. An HTML e-mail should be a combination of text and images with a call-to-action within the text component
  • Subject line should be as enticing as possible, more than one word, and NOT in all capital letters.
  • The subject line should also be no more than 12 words or 150 characters and uses limited punctuation marks.
  • CTAs (Calls to Action) link readers to external content or ask them to do something. You can link images, buttons, or text. Choose whichever suits your purpose, but don't include too many CTAs in one email or readers won't know what to click. Keep them clear and with purpose - tell readers exactly what you want them to do.
